Thanks to an activity grant from Parkinson's UK the York Rugby League Foundation is able to continue the popular sessions held in the autumn. Open to men and women of all ages. More details shortly.

Give it a go - our classes are fun and you'll get a warm welcome! They are specially tailored for people with Parkinson's. You can do just as much or as little as you feel able to. Email us for more details or to let us know you'd like to join in.

We've suggested a level of contribution for each class but leave it up to you whether you pay more, less or nothing at all. We are determined that cost will never be a barrier to people with Parkinson's benefitting from our events and activities.

If you attend our classes regularly you may be able to gift aid your contribution, which helps our branch even more. Email us for details.
